great food and can order 24 hrs. Trolley service was fast and friendly offering water and coffee around the poker machine areas. Vibrant atmosphere
It a disgrace to meet a manager who does not know what he is doing, he said he is following RSA which I strongly feel they don't but he is trying to be smart. If you want to have a good time please do... read more »

No matter what you are looking to spend your time doing, this place had it all. Starting from great shops during the day, great restaurants during the evening and then either the theatre, casino or sports bar during the evening. Have spent time in all of the places and enjoyed every time. Only complaint would be that the casino could do with a few more lower value tables to stay the night off rather than starting at $20 a hand blackjack and poker tables.
Security guards didnt want to let me in after 3 beers. The indian guy at the entrance has bad alcohol radar, and told me I had drank more cause he could smell it. Anyway I couldnt get in. Bad security and peoples shouldnt go into casinos anyway they are bad for you.
Very very bad service as well you go to have good time and service it's bad. They told you to set down on the machine and play to have free drinks. Go and try the small club like Bankstown sport club Very nice service and you spend good time as well When you go to play if you win or lose always you want to eat and drink you don't feel about the time.
Always have a good time. I enjoy the music and atmosphere. I do think they could do better at their table service for drinks especially when you have been playing at the tables for awhile and can't leave and I would love it if they stopped reconfiguring the casino every week. We play a lot of Roulette and these tables get very crowded on the weekends, its better when they have them all out and active.
Lots of bars and restaurants from basic to 5 star. In the summer the roof area is open and it's a cool place to view the city and have a few cocktails. It's one of the few places excluded from the lock-out laws which makes it handy for if you're out late, however the security is very attentive and professional.
