This place should be on the top 10 Sydney attractions list! It’s a lively weekend market with art, food, jewellery stalls etc and compliments the well established restaurants, cafes, galleries, and shops in the Rocks. As a first time visitor to Sydney, I thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing and shopping. In particilar, I highly recommend the gold plated Australian leaf jewellery stall. The pieces are beautiful and each item is unique. Great value too!

An iconic Sydney experience, especially at Christmas. It is great to see a mix of stalls that are new as well as ones I remember from my childhood like the old fashioned lemonade which I always have to buy. Although there are cafes about I always prefer to eat from the stalls which boast a delicious variety of affordable options.

Lovely market near to circular quay to shop and feast! There's always special themed markets all year round. The current Christmas market has lots of local handcrafts and food stalls. Great to spend half a day strolling around the market and then have a feast at one of the open air sitting areas!
-
My friends recommended it to me and I was not disappointed. The markets are amazing and I found some wonderful little shops and food stalls from turkish goslems to delicious portugese custard tarts. I would highly recommend visiting Hunting Hue, the little art shop next door that sells the works of local artists for a fair price and The rocks museum.
