My opinion: the tower is worth visiting as a priority during dating from Sydney on a par with the quay, Harbour Bridge, Opera House and botanical gardens. Lay the hour on championing queues in the box office and on the elevator. You will be shown a short film before lifting at 4 d. Views from the observation deck, shake. You are guaranteed excellent photo. And if you get into the sunset, then soprikosnjotes with fantastic scenery!

The view is great! Service is nice, but food is overpriced and so-so. Our drinks were extremely expensive and had almost no alcohol, and we had Long Island Tea!!! Out steaks came out cold and they took it back. We though we would get new steaks, but they brought back the same ones and still cold. We didn't want to complain so we figured we would take them home and warm them up! But they didn't allow us to take away any food. So we spent over $200 and left hungry! So, don't come too hungry or come prepared, and have dinner beforehand and just come up for "drinks" and the view.

The rotating restaurant is absolutely brilliant! Great views, great company (if you have it), great food selection! Night time is the best time to go with all the lights however lunch is still a great view! Yes, there is advertising and photos taken but what Tourist location these days doesn't have it. Not too many people when I went and were waited on most of the night by a really nice guy! If you don't want souvenirs, don't worry about them! The food and views are definitely worthy of the experience!

we went here and had some photos taken by their photographer but the photo quality was poor. they need to improve the skills of the person taking photos as bad photos equals bad memories. also our photographer was not friendly at all but rather rude. when people buy photos then expect a quality product as it is not charity. People pay a premium price for it. hope the management take note. Also their website has phone contact and the online chat option is not available a lot of times. they email service is poor and they take very long time to respond.

Restaurant view definitely awesome. The service was good, except the pricing or should I say the extortion for sub-small servings and unrealistic mark-up on wines made the experience disappointing. Having the waiter constantly suggesting wines near the $200 range, when I knew what I can pay for them "in the real world" proved annoying. Constructive criticism, be up front, charge a flat fee for the privilege of the view. Then be modest with what you charge for food and drinks, or make the serving size to match the cost. For people that are wine savvy your mark-up was insulting.

I know it's not a mistake of the tower but Sydney Opera is not visible from the tower. So basically you are losing the most iconic building in the city. It worth the visit but comparing to other city towers this is missing a key piece of view

Where to stay in Sydney

Sydney offers visitors hundreds of lodging options in its central area, with choices suitable for most budgets. As expected in a major tourist destination, harbor views play a major role in determining room prices. Expect to pay more for ocean-view suites, especially if you visit at the peak of the tourist season or around big city events. If you don't need to stay in the center of Sydney, consider budget-friendly hotels near the airport, or look for smaller roadside motels in the city's South West neighborhood.
