We came tonight intending to enjoy the Family Sunday. Our objective was to do something together. I paid for entry, a large locker and socks. No sooner than I went downstairs to join my family, I was ...  more »

This place is in a neighborhood a little away and, after exiting the subway, still has to walk a couple of 4 blocks. Mounted in a huge gym full of stepping stones, "elastic" walls, climbing walls, changing rooms and location for snacks and drinks.

  • This is a fun place that I love to go to regularly. The only disappointing thing is the manager Reece. His attitude toward customers is appalling. Every interaction we have had with him has been negative. He is short and rude with all of the customers, doesn't smile and creates a negative attitude through the establishment . It Really detracts from an otherwise great experience. Would it kill you to smile a little and not be so confrontational? Also, his attitude towards his staff doesn't seem very nice either.
  • Good fun with a whole warehouse of trampoline. They have limitation on number of ppl per hour (which is a great policy) so better book time slot online before you go. There are also games, laser tag and bowling lanes next door.
  • It is a great facility but it is heavily over staffed and over supervised that it takes the fun out of the experience. My little ones were reminded by the many guards there every couple of minutes what 'not to do' that we walked out of the place in frustration within half an hour although we paid for the full hour. Just a reminder of the rules at the start of the session at the reception for parents with young children should suffice instead of the constant interference and supervision during the session. We had a better experience at the Trampoline park at Baulkham Hills which is more child friendly and free play oriented.
  • Horrible experience! I was not allowed to jump with my children. We were asked to be separated & jump at opposite sides of the room, 20 meters apart with a section in between us. I told the staff that I would not able to supervise my children this way. They did not care. Staff do not allow you to have free play with your children. Instead they were constantly approaching us telling us what we were not allowed to do. They were nasty & obviously hate their job, because all they did was approch customers to tell them to stop what they were doing. Other patrons were complaining that they were being told to leave their children in another section. This place is not fun! Never going back!
  • Great place to have fun with the family! Structures are great but majority of the staff hates working there. There are some gems that genuinely love their job but it's rare (can't blame them really... I have 1 kid and sometimes I hate my life... imagine 100 in one place for 8 hours...)

Where to stay in Sydney

Sydney offers visitors hundreds of lodging options in its central area, with choices suitable for most budgets. As expected in a major tourist destination, harbor views play a major role in determining room prices. Expect to pay more for ocean-view suites, especially if you visit at the peak of the tourist season or around big city events. If you don't need to stay in the center of Sydney, consider budget-friendly hotels near the airport, or look for smaller roadside motels in the city's South West neighborhood.
