  • Love these markets.. Picked up some amazing bargains! All the raw vegan foods are amazing and the Indian food stalls are my fave!
  • Best flee market around there... the street is filled with pocket shops to add to the environment... Sydney uni is just walking distance from there

  • Large range of local and imported wares, books, clothes, trinkets, vintage, hot food, coffee, cakes, and live music on the grass. Rather crowded on sunny days and less so when it rains. Three stars because the quality of goods doesn't compare with the best markets I've seen. At Glebe Markets there is plenty of banana bread, coffee, second hand girls' clothes, sugared sweets, Indian jewellery, succulents, screen-printed Uzbekistani cotton t-shirts and strum tunes about failed romance. These days I'm more interested in hand-tailored clothes, natural produce, hand-carved woodwork, healthy juices, honey and bee products, herbal teas, songs about joy and love, and political organising to arrange land access for aspiring homesteaders. In the future there'll be more stalls dealing with those topics. Still, worth a visit. Enjoy your Saturday.
  • Great location, reasonable prices from the stalls. A bit more bohemian than Paddington markets, but I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for the lack of rotation on the variety of stalls each week and also for a lack of variety in food trucks
  • Great markets, and right opposite the little cafe where I hang out on a Tuesday night with the Lyrikin people, the local songwriting workshop. I get a sense of neighbourhood in this part of Glebe that was missing in university days :) though I still miss the amazing tripe and onion sanger you used to get from the little cafe up the road. These days I make do with a laksa from the Pamakon as it's the quietest and has a garden. Makes a welcome break from market foraging :) (and PS: try the bikkies at the gluten free stall. They're amazing!)
  • Literally how I spend every single Saturday! I love the atmosphere and the second hand clothes are such great finds! The coffee shop has the best coffee as well! The best markets I've come across! Thank you :)
  • I went on a Saturday with my daughter and had a fun outing. Many stalls with a good mix of items, food, hand made candles and jewelry, used books, leather goods, recycled clothing and leather goods, essential oils and certainly the "one mans junk is another mans treasure" category. Definitely a good place to spend a couple of hours on a weekend.
