  • A place where the cameras know what you're doing before you do it yourself... ;-) Joke! Very interesting information, cool location and very friendly and Nice staff. You must enter so very funny look from the outside a side entrance with lift, but once at the top and rung to one welcomes a friendly staff and shows the development from the rock to the opal one and what is really important to see the difference between tourist gimmick, and good to see expensive Opal.

  • They were very nice and helpful and we didn't feel pressured to buy. We didn't end up getting anything but the service alone is worth sharing.
  • My friend and I couldn't leave Australia without some opal jewelry and the information center recommended we go here. We got a full lesson on how opals are made and were shown a wide variety of option...  more »

  • If you get here and think it looks a little scary, you've come to the right place :) ring the doorbell and when you come in you'll see a beautiful old fashioned store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a thing or two today. Love the pearl earrings and the adorable opal necklace my girlfriend got.
  • Thank you for showing me you interesting shop! 😉 I will be proudly wearing your Pearl earing around the world! Emirates crew, I highly recommend to pick the Pearl earing from this shop! 👍😁

  • Low pressure, sweet customer service! It is definately worth a visit. Not a tourist outset, loved the range :)
  • Very warm staff. No pressure to buy, learned alot about opals aswell. Against my expectations, i ended up purchasing a gorgeous cheap opal and having it set into a ring! Highly recommended.
