  • Stadium is smaller so viewing any sport is quite good no matter where you are. There were only 10k people there and so moving around and getting to the amenities was great. The parking is close but it ...  more »

  • The Museum of Juventus and the stadium tour were more interesting than I thought. An immersion into the world of Juventus well studied and fun

  • The only reason you come here is for an event. Whether it be a sporting event, a concert or whatever, you can't choose to see it somewhere else unfortunately. From the moment you get funnelled into the precinct you are fighting for space. There aren't enough turnstiles so it takes a couple of minutes to get into the ground. There are nowhere near enough toilets and the ones that are there absolutely stink. Unless you are in a corporate box if it rains you're almost guaranteed to get wet. There are insufficient staff in the food and beverage line so you can miss substantial amounts of the game getting a drink. The coffee cart is EXTREMELY slow in making the coffee (or whatever you prefer) and the hot chocolates are terrible. There are 2 sizes small and large with the prices being $5.60 and $7.60 from memory. Which leads me to the food. If you can call it food. Pies and sausage rolls that are either still cold or have been microwaved for so long you can't eat them until you get home. A very limited choice of food which is repeated at the various food outlets in the stadium, if they happen to be open. And for the privilege of eating at the stadium you have to take out a mortgage as it's so very very expensive. Try and eat before you go and bring in your own food and drink as long as it's not alcohol
  • It can be a cosy Stadium because it only seats 40000 with a large crowd normally being considered around 35,000 to 38,000. Drinks are expensive and food is poor so unless you like expensive beer then. I like that you sit close to the pitch so if you get a half decent seats and can see a lot of what is going on especially in a soccer game although watching the rugby league when the other team is down the other end means you'll see more by looking at the big screen. Parking in the surrounding streets is not that easy unless you go on the north side of Moore Park Road and even then it's not on a large-scale it's just trying to find a spot in between the residents parking. The main parking area is in the big open fields on the Eastern side of the stadium but you can always expect to wait anywhere between 25 to 40 minutes to get out of the stadium unless you leave before the end of the game
  • Great stadium to watch sport - rugby, soccer or league. Be careful of watching afternoon games sitting in the sun (facing west).Really needs an overhaul on public transport to and from game. The light rail will help traffic to and from the venue when finished.
  • First time visitor. Generally easy to access and well organised during a huge concert, enough space to move about but the assigned seating is unmarked and horrible to locate. Would really appreciate if they could refresh this severely dilapidated aspect of the stadium. WiFi was great and managed to serve thousands of people for the entire gig although it does seem like they block certain apps from working. Never tried the food, drinks, nor bathrooms during the event.
  • It's a great sized stadium but I found it very difficult to find our seating for a concert. The numbers on the seats had rubbed off so we had to rely on asking others what number they were in. No roof is also a downfall if you attend an event when it's raining. Will be much better once it's upgraded!

Where to stay in Sydney

Sydney offers visitors hundreds of lodging options in its central area, with choices suitable for most budgets. As expected in a major tourist destination, harbor views play a major role in determining room prices. Expect to pay more for ocean-view suites, especially if you visit at the peak of the tourist season or around big city events. If you don't need to stay in the center of Sydney, consider budget-friendly hotels near the airport, or look for smaller roadside motels in the city's South West neighborhood.
