Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney Olympic Park
(3.8/5 based on 320+ reviews on the web)
Visit Sydney Olympic Park to see where the Sydney Olympic Games were held in 2000. The area was developed for the biggest sporting event in the world, and the facilities continue to be use for sporting and cultural events. A walkway displays all medalists recorded. Olympic Cauldron, which was converted into a water fountain, and Forest of Poles, are best viewed at night. Not just an Olympic legacy, the 23-hectare (56-acre) park is now a commercial development with expansive parklands.
