  • Great concert and great venue we always enjoy concerts at this venue. Sometimes they need to open more bars so the drink lines aren't so long!  more »

  • I went to the IEM event in May 2017 and it was great. The sound quality was amazing, the size was good too. The seats were perfect and had bottle holders for water and cups and the staff were very helpful. The only downside is the toilets were too spaced out and had huge lines and the same with food availability and cause 30 minute Line ups
  • The arena itself is quite good, with comfy seats and good views. The venue management, however, was very poor at the double header game we attended. Huge queues to get in, due to not enough staff allocated to check bags, no signs or directions as to where to go. Once inside, huge queues for food, only to be told they'd run out, to find the next cashier had plenty still available (our server hadn't bothered to check). Half the food venues weren't even open, despite knowing it was going to be a big crowd. Great game, poor venue management.
  • Epic fail; security queuing system! While the Manchester attack has, understandably resulted in increased security at large events, the security needs to be properly planned and resourced. With just two bag checking stations and 11,000+ people to get inside, the 'queues' were completely chaotic and it took 45 minutes to get through even though we arrived early. It is also ironic that after the event, there was no security at all for access to the venue lobby - exactly how the Manchester attack happened!
  • Have seen WWE and Hans Zimmers concert here and like both of them. The hall is huge and accommodates thousands of people. Well maintained, restrooms, cafes are available inside.
  • The staff here are just the best, so friendly and helpful and just so positive. Made the IEM Sydney experience that much better.
