  • Been through this attraction 5 years ago and visited again. Nothing has changed. It's a fun and quick attraction more recommended for a younger audience. If your over 20 wouldn't really recommended it...  more »
  • It's a must do if on the Gold Coast, just go a Experience the Fun of Infinity, something to suit most looking to Enjoy
  • My husband and I went through twice! Cool and unique experience- we've never seen anything similar! Try not to read up about what happens inside, it was really cool to not know what was coming next.

  • It was overcrowded when we went. Instead of flowing through at our own pace, we were forced into the small rooms with multiple others. It really took away from the experience. There wasn't a lot of people there at the time, either. It could easily have been avoided by putting a bit of time between people. Overall, it was a waste of money. It was pretty, no doubt, but it wasn't the "mind-blowing experience" I had expected. Definitely a let down and would never go again.
  • WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE This place was responsible for traumatising three children, my little brother among them. NOWHERE in the pamphlet or on any internet site does it specifically warn that children will enter a dark room where invisible things grab them. An idiot should realise this is a 'horror theme' and must have a warning! How dare you include that horrible room without any warning beyond the vague, legally obligatory one you give your customers? NEVER were we informed about how dreadful that room would be for our children, it was implied that the worst part of the whole thing, and the only reason for a warning, was the strobe lighting. We were HORRIFIED when suddenly all of the children were scared of the dark and having night terrors!!! TRUST ME DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BRING A CHILD HERE
  • The staff are more interested in talking to each other than selling tickets. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes and we were never even acknowledged. The staff member was serving someone else, then left them to talk to a friend who was hiding under the counter. We never went in or even had a chance to buy a ticket. We just gave up after being ignored and went to Ripley's Believe it or not (they have great customer service).
  • I attended a while ago and had a credit card fraud scare. They were the only people I left my wallet with while in surfers and mysteriously that night $100 stolen and used in surfers. I contacted them and had a back--and-forth with Tane Thompson, the General Manager. From the start he seemed a little bit impolite, but no big deal there. The reason I am writing this poor review is that after apparently reviewing the footage and according to him finding no wrong-doing, he rudely demanded that I contact the Police and fraud agencies, altering my report to remove ANY mention of their names and he demanded confirmation from all agencies to be sent to them or else, quote: "Failure of receiving confirmation of this will result in our legal department commencing action with you." Seriously?! What kind of self-respecting businessperson threatens to sue customers for raising a potential fraud issue with the business? All I did in my report to the police was tell them the facts exactly as I knew them. I contacted you about your staff because I assumed they were responsible for the fraud since all the facts at the time suggested this. In terms of the actual experience, it was okay, but not worth $30 so make sure you buy online for half the price if you do decide to go, also be very careful when you're there. You don't want to do so much as scuff their floors because apparently these guys would like to sue you if given the opportunity. Pathetic.
  • Expensive attraction for what it is. A bunch of mirrors and lights and lasers. Would have been good back 10 years ago. Money best spent elsewhere like a lot of attractions at the gold coast. Money grabber..Do it once. You wont need to do it twice.
