  • We had high hopes for the St Kilda Adventure Playground. Unfortunately, the day we chose was unbearably hot. Too hot to use the metal slides, and the nearby 'beach' was more mangrove mudflat reminiscent of the Brisbane river. Suggest Spring and Autumn are better seasons to visit, when the weather is cooler, with some cloud cover. Otherwise, the variety of activities including maze and rope play sets can be fun for a family outing with picnic in the adjacent park.
  • AMAZING place for families. The park caters for kids of all ages. The is a BBQ area, free parking and sometimes a food van nearby. Park at the tram museum and get the tram down!
  • kids loved it. parents will be able to relax. have a drink or two. fire up the barbie. just watch out for the flies.
  • Great place for a BBQ, while the kids play. There are some shelters and some bbq's available.
  • Great fun park for kids with real playground equipment that the underwriter hasn't yet got hold of.....they might actually fall off! No cotton wool wrapped kids should attend. Great climbing slides and a really good flying fox made for lots of fun for both the 6 and 9 yo ......nice BBQ and picnic tables. It's a hike from CBD through less than stellar suburban landscape but worth the drive. Located near boat ramp and mangrove wetland.
