  • This attraction is fabulous for the whole family. My 10 year old grandson loved it. Life vests are mandatory and supplied free and lifeguards watch out for everyone. Good value for some fun.
  • This place is brilliant! We went with our 10 and 8 year olds who loved it - kids are great at these sorts of things! Adults not so much - I was hopeless but loved it anyway. The 8 year old (who did th...  read more »

  • DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Please save your money and perhaps your life. I went with my young sister who is not a good swimmer it took us an hour to get there and It was expensive!!! My sister got stuck under a part of the inflatable toy and i was also stuck so couldn't help her. She was struggling so I told her to swim underneath because she called out numerous times to a lifeguard that was a teenager chatting up one of the other young teenager. He then proceeded to yell at my sister who I was comforting as she almost drown being stuck she was crying and he yelled at her to swim to shore. She was already tired and exhausted and was being forced to shore. My father then told the lady at the desk that the lifeguard did not help her and she was struggling for the lady to yell at him and her son yell at my dad and call him a f word head and f words of all kind of disgusting language. My sister was distraught as this was very wrong. We then were pushed out by security for being a nuscance when my little sister is crying and my dad is upset and trying to state his idea about safety. This was so poor. It wasted my $30 and I don't want anyone to DROWN!!! So please don't go here. Can't even believe what happened.
  • Worst place on the Gold Coast overcrowded in squalid water with horrible mush and unseen slush under foot I went with my 5 year old boy he had fun but it was a nightmare for me as I had to keep an eye on him and could not climb up at a lot of the places I needed to to make sure he was safe , stressful for parents with young kids , I couldn't wait for it to end . I saw a young girl with a back injury in my group and the young attendants had no idea how to handle the situation , I saw a guy with large scrapes up his arm bleeding and I think I did my acl (knee) , wish I had a time machine so I could undo that morning and go to the beach.
  • I went with my 13-year-old son and had an absolute blast. Very funny watching other people wipe out and then you get to try your skills doing the same. Surrender and be a stooge. :)
  • Went here today and the service was horible the people attending us didn't want to know us. Felt uncomfortable & frustrated. They were all having their own conversations, it was just bad customer service. Overall we did have a good time on the water but not for what it costed.
