  • Certainly one of the best views you will find on the east coast of Australia. I imagine that there would be excellent prospects to see the migrating whales from this vantage point. Lots of history thr...  more »
  • About a fifteen minute drive from South West Rocks, you can park below the lighthouse, and walk up a steepish path for about 300 metres. You can stop and rest. My 86 year old mother could do it, so yo...  more »
  • One of the most beautiful, interesting and peaceful places we have stayed. A working lighthouse that you can tour. The B&B run by Wendy and Pat was superb. A wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views...  more »

  • Worth the visit if your passing by, just remeber the climb up is a bit of a killer if your unfit, so dont expect a defibrillator to be at the top because there isn't one. But if your not already short of breath when you finally make to the lighthouse, the views will certainly do you in. Pace yourself and take in the views and the friendly local kangaroos. It has walks you can do even beautiful accommodation, where the prices looked very fair and we would consider staying one weekend. I dont think though that you can drive your car to the front door and park and you do have visitors passing by very close so ultimate seclusion you won't get but it would be pretty close. Not to mention the stunning sunset you would get to enjoy. So enjoy your visit and soak in nature at its best.
  • Beautiful views Saw an amazing amount of whales - one was showing off directly in front of us. Would love to return to stay at the b and b
  • Great location and the view from the Lighthouse was amazing. Plenty of parking and just a short walk to the lighthouse. Didn't stay at the B&B but they did look amazing and the view for them would be fantastic.
  • I did not stay at the guest house. I visited the lighthouse and walked past the guest house and fell in love with how it looked and where it is located. I plan to stay there in the future and already told friends and family about it.
  • Beautiful views, friendly staff, good service.
