  • Last winery of our day and was a little underwhelmed. Wine was dearer than most of the others and had a $5 tasting fee if not buying. Wines were ok but nothing special.  more »

  • This is a gorgeous winery to visit. It's a short drive out of Rutherglen, and the road is a little gravelly. The cellar door offers tastings (for a small refundable fee). You mustn't miss the After Dark, a semi sweet style that goes so well with chocolate. The grounds are a nice place to visit, although food and coffee are only on for special occasions. Sometimes there are friendly dogs around.
  • Small winery with amazing wines. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
  • Scion has a great cellar door. The staff have the purple stains of working with grapes on their hands, so you can trust that they know what they're talking about when they talk about their wine. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy and the wine is delicious.
  • The After Dark is particularly delicious.
  • Fantastic little winery in the heart of Rutherglen. You will always get a warm friendly welcome and a great wine tasting experience. Their Lineage Durif is probably the best Durif in the area an absolute MUST!!
