  • One word for this place... Beautiful!!! I absolutely loved it. Extremely pleasant to walk around. There are a multitude of things around such as the memorial, zoo and Japanese garden. Very relaxing to explore!
  • Without any doubt the best regional city botanic gardens in Australia. It may not be up with something as stunning as the Adelaide gardens but i think it's better than Sydney's.
  • Free zoo. A lake to have sit at with ducks etc. A few play grounds. Quite enjoyable and free.
  • Free entry to see all the animals kept there is great. The mozzie's are a bit annoying though!
  • Bin chickens everywhere. Love me those bin chickens.
