  • The gardens are beautiful. It is a shame that the playground no longer has the bat cave paddling thing anymore. Nice place to go as a family or with friends to relax or play sports.  more »

  • Seems to me the gardens were once designed with great care. Some of that is still visible, but unfortunately large patches are fenced off due to damage by a cyclone which happened more than 2 years ago. In total, the gardens are not well maintained as some fountains are full of algae growth and some paths have become quite uneven. However, the maintained parts are still nice to hang out and enjoy a few hours in the shade.
  • Beautiful green lawns, huge area, clean toilets and hot shower all for $10 per night Riendly manager!
  • Nice free camp. But make sure you are fully self contained or you will be fined
  • Beautiful area on main road, with fantastic herbs section full of large, healthy, mature shrubs. Can even grab a few small cuttings... Great place to stretch your legs or have a picnic.
  • Due to cyclone Marcia unable to enter... We still went for an evening run here. May be worth to come back once the gardens have been done up again
