  • Overseas visitors were happy to get up close to tassie devil, wombats, wallabies. Also saw a friendly little Penguin, lions and a very chatty cockatoo!
  • make sure you dont miss the dinosaur attraction part, this is great, very well done and the dinosaurs look like they are in their natural habitat. was a good day out.
  • Launceston a very close. All animals in their natural habitat unique to Australia and even if you pay the extra 20 AUD at the entrance to love and caress you can take pictures on Koalaları.

  • Very unwelcoming place! The staff are very unfriendly. It seems that they don't like what they are doing. It looks like they built a zoo in their big backyard. For a state-named zoo this is not what you expect. The place and services they providing is not worth on what they are charging.
  • A relatively small zoo but with a good variety of species, the staff are very friendly and offer great explanations. Well worth the stop/visit
  • We visited Tasmania Zoo on Sunday 5th November 2016 and had a fabulous day,the highlight was watching the Tasmanian Devil's being fed. There were a great deal of animals and birds to see,the place was easy to get around, all in all a great place to visit especially if you have children, there are enough animals and birds to keep them enthralled ,kids will love the Meerkats, very cute.
  • Took the family to Tasmania zoo thinking there would only be a few animals there. My family and I were blown away by the different animals they had and how fun and interactive the Zoo was. Also very affordable. We will definitely be going there again.
  • Great Zoo with a variety of animals. The Animal Experiences are very well priced.
