  • Many people who visit the town don't realise the harbour is there. A weekend or day trip to town would be a missed opportunity if you don't visit. Just love wandering and/or having a meal or coffee at...  more »
  • Explored around the harbor a bit and we were even invited aboard a vessel for a nice chat. Noted that the current can be quite strong. Took the ferry another day from the harbor and it was exciting wi...  more »
  • Well worth spending a day or two in this village and harbour area. Just don't let it be ruined like Sorrento has been - (Chadston shopping centre without a roof - God one more handbag or "lifestyle/de...  more »

  • Lovely Port area suited to Commercial and Amateur boats with Queenscliff - Sorrento Ferry terminal and a small shopping precinct.
  • Great place to chill out. The view is awesome from the observation tower.
  • Great for relaxing with a fresh juice on a hot day, or a warm drink on a cold. Stunning views and friendly people
  • Squid fisherman on the Rachel Maree proudly throw their waste plastic bottles, food and plastic bags into the water whilst at port today - would hate to see what trash they throw into the water and how much pollution the crew of Rachel Maree create whilst at sea. Disgusting attitude to have from commercial fishermen who earn their living from the sea yet treat it with no respect. Staff at the slip yard proudly drink big M choc milk then throw on the ground ready to blow out into the water just like fishing crew from Rachel Maree - queenscliff is a sad sad display of how commercial fishing industry has no respect for the ocean or waterways
  • Romantic place with nice views
