  • Wet n Wild Sydney is hugely popular but unfortunately that means huge crowds are a normal event, especially on a hot sunny day. I've been there three times and although I've yet to experience it, I have been told that it's apparently possible to avoid the crowds - probably by going on a rainy day. Arriving early can also help a bit. Every time I've visited there have been long waits for the rides - around 50 minutes. My first two visits I only managed three rides each day, spending most of the day standing in queues (really painful). On our last visit we tried the $99 tap n play priority and did about 20 rides (an awesome day!). Each time the wait was no more than 2 minutes. We walked past the same people in the queue 3-4 times...I saw that the wait time for the cheaper $50 Tap n Play was up to 2hrs 27 minutes in the afternoon - why would you bother? After having done that I wouldn't bother going again without buying the $99 Tap n Play pass - which of course makes it much less affordable so I'll only be an occasional visitor from now on. A season pass is quite good value if you plan on returning. The rides themselves are awesome as is the wave pool. Be aware that some of the rides have height limits so smaller children can't go on all of them. But for me it's a pity that most of the day is spent standing in queues - unless your prepared to pay to avoid them.
  • Love that they have Community Heroes month for February! It’s great for our heroes to get something back (free entry) for all their hard work! My kids (age 4 & 6) love the kids zone with a whirlpool and kid-sized versions of the adult water slides! So awesome! The splash pad with tipping bucket is also a big hit. And the wave pool! Fun times. Make sure you measure your children before you go so you have an idea of which slides they can go on (each slide info board tells you the height requirements to ride the slide) Cos if you get to the top of the line and your child is too short they will send you back down again.
  • Nice fun place to take the kids. Sometimes the lines are quite long and tales over an hour to get on a ride. Only 2 adult slides are single sliders and all other slides you need 2 to 4 people. We have kids and find that the kids park is very fun for them. Our 2 year old goes on the small slides by himself. The skycoaster was worth the go, made it better going with someone. Great place to go for families or friends, probably not alone as you wouldn't be able to go on many slides.
  • I'm not a water person at all, but I loved it here. Well priced entry, but it adds up a little when you've gotta add for a photo package, locker hire, lunch, and gifts. Some of the lines to the rides were a little slow, but bearable - we were able to go on all the rides once through the day, but make sure you grab the free fast pass as soon as you can, it makes a heck of a difference, sometimes bypassing an hour-long line. Very enjoyable, all the rides were a good amount of fun and scary, but not so scary that they became unpleasant. Plenty of shade, so we didn't get burnt, which was surprising. Very easy and quick to get around, but you're spent by the end of the day. Would be quite happy coming back again, lots of fun!!
  • Fun place to go with family and friends. Rides are fun and exciting with good variety for different tastes. But, lines can get long so a lot of time waiting, plus would be good to have different pass for those that just want to use wave pool, or very basic toddler area especially for say grand parents that won't go on rides at all. Also, a lot of lockers don't work so you waste time finding one to use.
