  • We didn't get told about parking until we left and got told to pay $10. You can't bring your own food in and their expensive food and coffee is very poor. Lockers are $10 for a small and $12 for large...  more »
  • Wet 'n' Wild Sydney is overall a great experience. It's large and has a variety of attractions. The key to an enjoyable experience is planning a visit during a quiet time. weekdays, school days, and o...  more »
  • Short Review: On the 7th Day... God created fun stuff, like water theme parks. So I feel blessed that Sydney has a Wet n Wild. (Not perfect, but it's pretty great.) Good: Thrilling! These aren't your ...  more »
  • I come here from America every year. It is one of the largest park with great collection of fantastic rides. I went to the park 3 times this year during my trip. The park is well kept. I can see they've added more new shaded areas this year. They also added a free fast past system called tap n play. You can reserve your time to ride like Disney World. I love the system because you can play at the wave pool or ride another slide while you are waiting for the ride you reserved. When the time comes, you can go straight to the front of the line...very cool. Food is good, but is on the expensive side, but it's a theme park, you kind of expect that... If you are planning to go multiple time, it's best to get a season pass. Great park!
  • Absolutely disgusted! Not just because of the exuberant prices, the loooong waiting times, the closure of rides for no reason or the untrained staff but because at the end of our day when we were finally able to get into a family change room, we were just finishing up from getting changed and a security guard knocked on the door asking us to leave, my partner stated we would be out in a second as he was still dressing after just dressing our young child, the guard then proceeded to curse and threaten us that he will kick the door in if we didn't come out now. My child was standing right behind the door and heard everything. I quickly moved him out of potential harms way. I'm absolutely appalled with such behaviour, to terrify a young child and potentially cause disastrous damage had he followed through with his threat of kicking the door in with it hitting my child. This is supposed to be a family orientated venue! You sir should be absolutely ashamed of yourself, if it hadn't been for my child I wouldn't have been as polite when I walked out and pulled you up for your pathetic, uncalled for behaviour. You didn't even apologise, just stood there like a stunned mullet as if you'd never had a women put you in your place before. Your are there to PROTECT the park and its customers, not to cause them undue harm. To say the least it saddens me that people like you even share the same air as the rest of us.
  • The park itself is good and can offer a lot of fun and that's the only thing good I cans say...... You are allowed to bring in water but if you run out you have to go to the kiosk for a refill but this is a very very long wait.. There are no bubblers in the park. The customer service/guest service is appalling.. They are not equipped to rectify guests' concerns. You can clearly see they are under trained and I can't say this is because of their age because they have staff in their 40s acting like they are victims, they must also stop telling guest that THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED it is poor form and unprofessional .... They are passive aggressive and once their team understand that they have PAYING customers and must provide a service the better their guests' interaction with them will be.... We paid for the early entry to the park for 9:30 entrance but gates did not open until 9:45. I understand this is only 15 minutes but it is the principle of paying for extra service. When I brought this up with a staff member while in queue, I was waved off and told 'move along its not my fault'. Customer service is defensive and only hear to respond and not to understand. I can't wait for other parks to open up around them, I believe this will be the only time they will listen to their 'guests'. Put mystery shoppers in and you will see the appalling service you provide. SHAMEFUL SERVICE!
  • EVERYTHING is overpriced. The food is TERRIBLE and there's a sign at the entrance saying that no outside food or eskis are permitted. Really packed, but it's school holidays so can't be helped. Season passes are good value when compared to the single entry fee. Hired a Cabana which is also OVERPRICED but it was too packed anywhere else. The food service we received by a young lady named KIZZLE was excellent. She really went out of her way for us. The slides and water features are great though (once we cleated the queues ).
  • The rides themselves were awesome, as well as the pools. The staff were clearly under-trained and demonstrated a very disturbing lack of customer service. I'd advise taking your own snacks and food as like any other theme park, food is pretty pricey.
