  • Just amazing. If you're not sure if you should have a go, do it! No question the absolute highlight of all of Nelson bay. Couldn't believe we got to get in the water with these amazing animals. It's an unforgettable once in a life time experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. I think the price is reasonable considering how unique this experience is. We'll be back for sure.
  • Just Loved it. The keepers were very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. The animals were well looked after and the environment lovely. The kids and adults alike got a great deal out of it. We all loved being in the water with the Rays and Sharks. I would highly recommend this to anyone especially if they have a child who is interested in Sharks or Rays. Being able to stand while Gummy Sharks, Eagle Rays, Port Jackson Sharks and many others swim around you is just amazing! !
  • Great experience for the family with my two kids. No bathing facility though, but you can choose special suit and not get your body wet.
  • My many congratulations to the success of the dedicated new management team and their lovely staff. Every animal they have is happy, healthy and stress free. They are well fed, very much cared for and come to you seeking a loving pat, of their own free will. The tour guides are very informative, telling not only wildlife facts on the animals, but also give insight into conservation and info of personal stories of the animals themselves. Its definitely worth the visit - you will never forget this wonderful unique experience.
  • Awesome hands on experience with sharks and sting rays! Staff members are lovely and they ensured we felt safe in the water.
