  • Dined on a dull sunday afternoon, but Cassegrain's certainly brightened the day. Excellent, friendly, attentive service. Mussels were perfect, so was the cheese platter. Very fair-valued wines with lo...  more »

  • Well worth the visit for the wines. We ended up with Shiraz and even the 2016 was smooth. Also the Sangiovese was lovely. For the whites great Semillon. The restaurant looked great but we didn't stay.  more »

  • I'm not one to complain normally, but it was extremely unfortunate that the over all dining experience was terrible. My strawberry smoothie totalled $7 and was basically strawberry infused iced water. A glamorous cheese and ham sandwich will set you back $18, and don't expect the side of chips to come warm either. I had the quiche, which was nice, but over with in two small bites. It came with a 'side of salad,' which was one cherry tomato cut in half with a small handful of mixed lettuce. My mother had the duck, which she said was lovely. Dad had the steak which had a nice flavour but was over cooked for a medium rare. The view was pretty, but completely overshadowed by the terribly over priced and extremely underwhelming main meals. The table service was scarce, I will most likely not be coming back.
  • Knowledgeable wine tour staff. Non pretentious. Lovely place to have lunch with or without a tour. . The food is vineyard quality without the price tag you usually associate with that. Can even have wine with your meal at cellar door prices and take the part bottle hone if you prefer m this is handy if you're driving
  • It is really beautiful place and their wine is a kind of art.
  • Beautiful setting very friendly helpful non snobby staff. Even if you accidentally break a glass! Very strong full bodied winedc- ask for Jenny!!
  • Great wines one of the best food around, always friendly staff. Tesla Charging station is a bonus if you lucky enough to own one :)
