  • A gorgeous scenic stop off along the Great Ocean Road, one of our highlights. Only minutes from the Twelve Apostles.  more »

  • Great fun watching tourist group after tourist group get wet feet from a big wave. Stunning place, stayed all afternoon, kids loved the waves.
  • Nice views and beaches. Area can get busy when buses arrive but still worth a look. Information signs are throughout the area with interesting local history.
  • It's amazing here you go down all the way and you've this little bay area when you can chill and take some pictures. Make sure you read the history on the top of the stairs to find out why it's called loch ard gorge
  • On my road trip, I had timed for the last legs of the Port Campbell National Park drive around the golden hour. Sunsets provide a striking glow across the coast that blows me away. As you drive from town towards the famed 12 Apostles, each scenic stop including this one of the Loch Ard Gorge just builds up the anticipation. Like an orchestra building up into a cadenza in a symphony.
  • Much preferred this location over the 12 apostles. Beautiful location and great picture taking opportunity. You must go down to the beach to get the amazing view.
