  • Stunning views, lovely forest. Track being upgraded as it will be included in the "Three Capes Track" experience.  more »
  • If you cannot face a 5 hour walk - make the effort to visit the Shipsternl Lookout (and Cape Raoul Lookout just 200m in the other direction at the fork). Parking is tricky near the start after 12km of...  more »
  • The walk to Shipsterns Bluff is awesome. Track is very well laid out and hard to get lost. The view is spectactular!! I also recommend running this track if you like trail running.  more »

  • Great walk over the mountains, about 2hrs walk each way plus stops, great spots for a picnic along the cliff face once you get down to the water. The track needs work and it's very confusing which way to go, half our party followed the blue tags and half followed the old metal tags. The track has been trashed in places where I assume they are rerouting the track for some reason.
  • One of my favourite Tassie walks! Allow an extra hour to play and explore once you reach the bluff
  • Smells ok. No great smells. No bad smells. Smells ok
