Great outing for families - well priced and indoors. Very interactive and staff really knowledgeable. My boys (big and small) loved it - worth a visit if in Adelaide.
For history buffs and aviation enthusiasts. The museum is thoughtfully laid out with lots of interesting artifacts and memorabilia. Staffed by volunteers who are very knowledgable and helpful. Well worth a visit, low cost entry fee
This is a great museum. The planes and rockets are impressive and some of them you are able to get inside and look around
Like the Railway Museum, tucked behind a warehouse is another shed that houses the fabulous South Australian Aviation Museum. It is filled with SA aviation history and has a large collection of planes, many which are interactive and able to be climbed aboard and explored.
Quite a few planes in a big shed. Interesting if you're into all things aviation.
Beautiful place. Excellent guides, great exposure. Highly recommended for children.
