  • Rude staff who accused us of not automatically appreciating the taste of their expensive wines. If cost = fine wine, that would be simple. But that isn't how it works in the real world. Wineries can charge people a premium for wines where the taste and mouth feel aren't aligned with price. We felt that this was one of those cases. But each to their own I guess, others must like it.
  • We had a good experience. Very professional and generally friendly staff. White wines were the best in my opinion and won awards recently
  • Best boutique winery in the Hunter. Thanks for the lovely tasting
  • Quality wine and nice staff
  • Very special boutique winery. Owners are of a Scottish heritage, which admittedly is rather odd for a winemaking business (Don't let that stop you!). However, standard of wine is exceptional! Fruit grown on the estate with some sourced from other regions in NSW. 2015 saw some awards given to the Semillon wines produced here. Friendly service at the cellar door and excellent membership benefits.
