  • Had a wonderful experience wine tasting, was very personalized by a lovely host (Kath)and we were just walk ins. We loved every wine that we were helped to choose and cant wait to go back again. We have decided to join the wine club after having the wines we brought home.
  • Haven't been to the wine farm, we live in Vic, but just purchased a 2014 bin series merlot for 10.99 from IGA and it's really up there with the $15 wines we have purchased previously. Also tried the Sav Blanc and we love it.
  • Oh Mcguigan wines, your advert on the tv is unfortunately an apt illustration of your spiritual poverty. And, if your website had an obvious contact us I wouldn't have had to put this up for public view. The add in which the man is shunned by his peers for not bringing a better quality wine is telling me to shun you. I'm offended
  • Service is terrible and they only care for purchases you will make. As all tour companies bring clients here, they are guaranteed of clients and therefore don't go all the way with a great service befitting a winery like this. That said, they have some amazing wines!
  • Terrible introduction to the Hunter Valley tourism experience. The staff of this establishment thoroughly lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills. Considering that the Hunter is known to be a popular tourist attraction, the last thing one expects is to be served by arrogant, unhelpful and patronising staff. They did not take the time to explain the wines which we were tasting and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. This attitude may have been more acceptable for a rowdy group of drunkards in the late hours of the afternoon, but not towards a family at 11am. Unfortunately, there were items I would have liked to have purchased here, but have since decided against doing so. I would not recommend. There are many other Cellar Doors in the area that provide a welcoming atmosphere and professional, friendly and informative service.
