  • One of the top reviewed wineries in the valley. Worth a look if you are after the very traditional hunter valley wines.
  • This is a must visit cellar door when in the hunter valley. Their wines are exquisite particularly their single vineyard wines. Definitely do the premium tasting if you want to see their best products...  read more »
  • I received a gift pack of 2 wines for Christmas and when we were breaking the wine box down for the recycling bin we found a gift card for a VIP wine tour and tasting inside the box. Luckily we didn't...  read more »
  • My favourite "boutique" winery in the Hunter Valley region. Their Shiraz is mid weight but really generous with flavour and aroma. You have to pay a $5 tasting fee but you get it back if you buy wine from them. Service is amazing too, the staff are playful and entertaining which makes the tasting experience a little more personal.
  • My sister and I were location hopping for her upcoming wedding and we dropped into Brokenwood so she could do a wine tasting and I could pick up a tawny port. I wasn't tasting becasue I'm a P plater and the staff didn't act like I wasn't there... which was great! Got chatting with Damien and running through what my sister wants for her wedding and the challenges we're facing with numbers he suggested a location that looks near perfect! I know that we'll be comparing everywhere to it... or.. using that location :) Thanks Damien!
  • Our must visit winery when we're in Hunter Valley. One of two wineries in Hunter Valley that has big and bold red wines. Staff are always friendly.
  • Appalling Apathetic Staff behind the counter. Such a shame after visiting some amazing and welcoming wineries in the hunter
  • Our first vineyard on our trip to Hunter Valley from Hong Kong this April! Great place to experience their wines. A small cozy tasting room with very attentive staff. A couple of years back, we had visited their vineyard and fallen in love with their Viognier and this love took us back there this year but unfortunately they didn't have that line this year. We love their white wines and ended up purchasing quite a few bottles of their Sémillon, Chardonnay and Cricket Pitch White.
