  • I travelled to the WACA ground on the free "Red Cat" bus and although the ground was being prepared for a match not allowing a close up viewing I found their museum. The museum allowed for a casual st...  more »
  • The WACA opened in 1893 and has some awesome history. It caters for day and night matches, it has 6 light stands for the night games.
  • Disappointing! The ground was in great condition for the players and the game was entertaining (Aus won the game) but the same can't be said for the conditions of the facilities available for the patr...  more »

  • Overly expensive light beer and $15 bratwurst hotdog which most likely a $2 banger from coles. A runnings sausage would destroy this place. Then the Aussies got pumped.
  • Thoroughly enjoyable tour lead by the knowledgeable, entertaining and nice bloke Carrie. Probably helps if you love cricket. One of cricket's special places with a somewhat uncertain and possibly sad future. Losing ground to bigger stadia where bums on seats = money = raison d' être
  • The beautiful boutique WACA ground. Perfect conditions for day 1 of the first test of the 2016/17 international cricket season in Aus. With an attendance on day 1 of around 12000 the facilities were suitable to cater for everyone effectively.
  • Facilities were good. Food and beer were also decent. Great place to spend the day, specially for a Test match when the crowds are less and queues are short...
  • The WACA West Australian Cricket Association has long had a reputation as a breeding ground for express pacemen like Dennis Lillee, the quickest of the quick bowlers. I think Test cricket is like watching paint dry though something happens about once every half an hour. The newer forms of the game are very different and this venue is great to for it.
