  • Coffee is pretty average (much better in Fremantle) but it is well worth a visit at the moment to check out the Art exhibition - an oil painter - child friendly, very, very good. I went with my artist...  more »
  • It's great to see the book, sit down comfortably. Perth station, in nearby locations. Nearby galleries and museums. However the Museum is under construction.

  • This place is used by plenty of students especially those from Perth TAFE across the road. There is a microfiche section where you could read up old newspapers. On the ground floor, is a lecture hall ...  more »

  • The library is a good place to meet a friend. A short walk from Perth station. It's got heaps of quiet corners and a small cafe. It's very discreet. I highly recommend it if you're interested in reading or researching too. One of Perth's little gems, no doubt.
  • Everything is perfect, except the temperature. Even when wearing shorts and a T-shirt, my study group and I, as well as a few other tables I asked said that it is too hot to comfortably study in. A cooler atmosphere is the only thing I can suggest to this library.
  • Internet is non existant. Otherwise its a calm generally quiet location to read or study. Theres a cafe in the ground floor which is nice. The exhibits are informative.
  • Some great studying areas, and an amazing archival section with records for much of the local history. Free lockers are on the ground floor, where the staff prefer you to check-in your bags before going upstairs. The wifi is a bit limited, which is the only negative for this location.
  • Great place for studying, nice people and perfect location. Just one big problem, the wifi doesn't actually work.
