Nature / Park
Enjoy the shaded pathways of Hyde Park Perth, where you can jog, rollerblade, bike, picnic, or simply enjoy a few quiet moments with a good book and a cup of coffee. European settlers turned this swampy zone into a public park in 1897, creating an urban green space that still plays an important social and ecological role. The park hosts frequent music festivals and live performances, and is a popular venue for weddings and family photographs. Also notable for its mature trees, the area is lined with figs, pines, jacarandas, cedars, and several indigenous eucalyptuses, some of which are over a century old. Two lakes located within the park attract a wide variety of birdlife, which includes ducks, coots, pelicans, and swans. • Very good Zoo! Normally I'm not a fan of places, but here I'll gladly spent time. Very clean val'ery, zhivtotnye themselves, track the Park. A lot come uchennikov whole classes where the teacher conducts lessons of biology and students gladly spend monitoring zhivtonymi.

  • The best park in Perth! Stunning, full of character, it makes you feel special by just being there. The grounds are immaculately planted with soft flowing plants. There is a feeling of relaxation and serenity all around, next to well planed playgrounds, play fountains, BBQs and exercise stops. The lakes are abundant with wild life making bird watching so easy! The place to visit and enjoy!!!
  • Hyde Park is located near the city with plenty of parking surrounding the area and public transport travelling straight past the park. Beautiful clean grounds with shade, large pond with wildlife, and a small water playground for children to use. Popular for picnics and weddings, and used for photography and community fairs. This is one gem that should be visited.
  • Suitable for weekends picnics and families with kids. Several playgrounds and a nice fountain. However, Parking issue but not serious
  • Beautiful park for a picnic or a stroll. Can also book areas for functions. Very family-friendly.
  • Hyde Park is lovely. The water playground is awesome, there are plenty of bbqs and places to sit and get together. Always a good time to be had.
