Where to stay in Perth

When you choose your Perth accommodations, remember that this city stretches over a wide area, which can cause issues for visitors with limited time to sightsee. The best way to remain close to urban transportation is to stay in the central business district or neighboring Northbridge, where you'll also find the greatest selection of hotels. To avoid the center's big crowds and steep hotel prices, consider booking a room in the coastal town of Mandurah, easily accessible by Perth's reliable suburban railway system.

  • This tower beckons you to climb to the top and when you do you get a great view. It was also fun seeing who could get to the bottom first as there are two separate sets of stairs.  more »
  • We came across the DNA tower while walking around Kings Park. It is a tall steel structure with a spiral staircase, giving a good view of the surroundings. It is not very tall and quite easy to climb.  more »
  • Fun for burning off the calories and the view was nice too. Great fun - if only we were fitter :) This is such an amazing park.  more »

  • Cool tower, great to get the heart pumping. Can get too busy on weekends for my liking. Great views over CBD.
  • Easy to walk up! Nice views of the city and the river 👍🏻
  • DNA tower is always the highlight of KP run; get to the top and have a 3min break in the cool Fremantle Doctor sea-breeze and enjoy the 360 views; and even chat to overseas tourists.
  • Great views to Perth, plus a great escape from Jacobs ladder if you want to get some High Intensity Training in. But best to get in early before the tourists arrive and you will be unable to workout correctly.
  • It's well worth the climb!
