  • Beautiful beach and plenty of nice spots to have a picnic. Generally not too crowded when I have been there. Nice beach to take a swim though I did get stung by a jelly one year. Many small shops and restaurants across from the beach front. Nice atmosphere.
  • Beautiful place. Beautifully kept shady beachside walkway with water stations seats and BBQ picnic spots along the way. Restaurants hotels and shops across the road. The local council should be proud of their efforts to make this a unique and magnificent place to holiday. Deserving of at least 6 stars.
  • Pretty standard QLD beach. Theres a bit of seaweed around which can get in the way of castles. Grass area around beach is nice and well maintained, so was the stinger net. Other beach users were friendly, and the end of the pier is good for photos.
  • This is my favourite place to come and do some landscape photography. I don’t think I have ever been disappointed. Also a great place to have a nice meal out with family and friends as there are heaps of nice restaurants along the beach. My personal favourites: - Chill Cafe - Espresso & Co There’s a jetty where you can fish from. And there‘a a cravat Park.
  • Such a beautiful place to stay. If you need a rest away from the maddening crowd after lockdown then treat yourselves to a holiday in this romantic jewel. Paradise with its swaying palms, pristine white beaches and lovely hotels and resorts that line the Esplanade. Forget Bali as you can't go and instead enjoy beautiful Palm Cove. I loved everything about it . 🌴🌴🌴
