  • It was well worth the hour drive from Sydney! The lighthouse is set in a wonderful scenic spot. The climb on Smugglers trail is a bit intense, but only takes an average of 15-20 minutes. There are ple...  more »
  • Use the restroom before you start the hike and bring water. We also made the trek after heavy rains, and the Smugglers Trail was extremely slippery coming down. On the way up we took the easier trail,...  more »
  • Very nice place with a stunning view were you can see whales and dolphins. Go in the morning to see the sunrise and take breakfast at the boathouse afterwards.  more »

  • Beautiful Place at any time of the day in any season and easy climb up to the top of the Hill. One of my favourite places in Sydney. BUT Parking is ridiculous expensive and you better watch out since they control constantly and you'll get a ticket (classic Sydney prices) even if it's only 5min over
  • Unfortunately, I could not step inside the lighthouse because it was off-hours for the tour. However, the 20 minute hike is still worth the trip. Make sure you walk past the lighthouse and onto the trails to get an amazing view of the ocean and beaches from up high.
  • Easy walk to the lighthouse. Should only take you 15 minutes if you're in decent shape and probably only 30 minutes at the most even if you're not the fittest person. The view is stunning! There are free tours of the lighthouse as well, suggest that you look in advance for your times before you go if you want the tour.
  • An absolutely breathtaking view from up here. Plenty of nooks and crannies in the cliffs and pick your seat to a slice of heaven. Well worth a visit.
  • Beautiful vista but brutal walk to the lighthouse, walk along the beach from the carpark then keep going straight up the path as its easier grade than turning right up the 100 + steps but returning take the steps route down as its quicker
