  • This was such an amazing place to visit! 100% artificially made cave located at the cedar creek winery in order to preserve and rejuvenate the glow worm population. Entry fee is $12 (in 2018) and tours runs every 15 mins between 9-4pm. A great local project that started in 2005 with approximately 300 glow worms and now they have over 8000! What's particularly special is that these glow worms are only found in Australia and New Zealand and glow green unlike the majority of the other species that glow white.
  • The winery and the wine tasting experience was nice. The staff at the centre were polite and informative. The surroundings - the garden and lake were picturesque. the actual glow worm tour involves five minutes of damp stuffiness in a dark tunnel. That's it- I was expecting a bit more with all the hype and the newsletters advertised. Paying 12 bucks per head for this artificially created glow worm farm? not worth it.
  • Nice place. Compact and very well presented. Can not compare it with New Zealand glow warm caves but still absolutley must see. Plus very nice winery.
  • Want to feel like your in space? Have a partner that wants to also? Yep no worries get your education on with these glowing butt worms that make you feel out of this world. Why not for $20 some dollars.
  • I would like to recommend this place. Though I would travel in your own car if possible. There is alot to see and the staff were friendly and helpful.
