  • Well worth a long visit. A gardeners delight. It is tranquil, well laid out and inspiring. It seems to have a life of its own but a felling of love and care follows you around. Lots of paths, turns, secret spots to investigate, green, colourful, shaded - it is a life's work to be shared with humanity.
  • A wonderful and eccentric garden - felt instant relaxation as l wandered down its many lovingly made pathways - well worth a visit
  • This is one of the most amazing hidden secrets in Sydney (and it's free!) to visit. Beautiful day coming here walking through the garden, so much colour, nice walkways, tree's, birds, very peaceful, quite .. loved it! When you have navigated to the bottom of the garden there are nice seating areas and booklets about all the wildlife and plants you can read on.. I came here becasue my mum loves gardens and wanted to take her on a day out in Sydney.. in the end I've realized how much I appreciate beauty and gardens after visiting here! This would be a very nice place for couples, it's romantic setting, or a place to bring your mum! It's easy to get too from the city. Just a train to North Sydney and 10-15 minutes walk .
  • If you haven't been here, you've missed something truly special. I know nothing of the back story, but it is so obviously the life's work of someone with a clear appreciation of beauty, quietness and peace. I am in awe, and want to thank any and every person involved in its creation and maintenance. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! X
  • Just amazing! Created by artist Wendy and her neighbours on a wide, steep slope descending to the harbour. Quirky, quaint, surprising, lots of non-standard garden features, uneven steps and 'found' wood handrails, yet a brilliant use of space which can absorb lots of people and still feel calming and private. Intrigueing plantings. Take a book, a ramble, a picnic or a bunch of friends.
