4.8/5 based on 380+ reviews on the web
Perfect your kite surfing skills at Nobbys Beach, the area’s safest and most popular beach. Lifeguards are on duty every day of the week here, year round, making this part of the coast a favorite spot for inexperienced swimmers and apprentice surfers. This is the first beach on the popular Bather’s Way coastal walk, featuring rest areas with picnic shelters, free barbecue facilities, and food kiosks. Spend a day swimming, surfing, or relaxing on the sand, and be sure to visit Fort Scratchley, located atop a knoll overlooking the beach. The fort is a good vantage point to see and photograph the harbor and Stockton Beach across the water. • Very scenic beach with the big light house on the end. The sand dune rehabilitation that happening just before the light house makes for some exquisite photo opportunities, especially at sunrise.
  • Australia is famous for it's bountiful and beautiful beaches. This is another in a long list of must see beaches. Don't miss it.
  • Nobby's is an iconic NSW beach . Usually there is good surf for body boarding. Whales can sometimes be seen passing out at sea.
