  • Newcastle Museum is a little gem in our city. My kids always enjoy a trip here, they love the new exhibits as well as the old. We went along a couple of times for the Anime special event movies which ...  more »

  • The science section for kids was interesting and some other sections such as coal , and local history etc. as well. Parking was convenient. There was an area for little kids to play as well. We didn't...  more »

  • Great place for kids on a wet day - free entry and a toddlers play area and some fun and interactive displays for the older ones. Some paid exhibits but general admission is free.
  • pretty good interactive exhibits, and a good history into the city's coal mining history

  • Lots of artifacts and records of this industrial city well presented - and great fun even for little children with a large indoor play area next to the interactive science exhibits for older kids and adults!
