  • I love this national park by the beaches. Great places to camp (booked through NSW National parks online prior). Birdie Beach was clothing optional which gave me the opportunity to experience being a naturist. Swimming naked in the surf was a first for me ever.
  • Close to Sydney. Some camping areas need to book in advance. Some areas allow to have fire. Lake is swallow and safe for kids but beaches are quite rough. We saw dolphins passing by. Goannas are everywhere so keep your food and rubbish safe. We saw a dingo looking wile dog early in the morning.
  • Good place to go for fishing or if you have your own boat and you want to do some exploring the water is Shallow on the banks which makes it safe
  • Camped here just after Easter. Grounds are well maintained and amenities great. Can thoroughly recommend
  • Wonder part of the world...love coming back here with my kids
