  • A walk along the road, this is on the coast of British Columbia University, is now the early November, although not the best time to watch the maple leaf, but the leaves on the ground is very beautiful, there is a desire to completely relax, lying on the leaves of the impulse.

Wharf Road walked all the way from here, have a walk along the sea from Wicam Marina and fish market are also different from the beach. Who sings the song in the evening; But to Rev up the City Road is now the project is in progress around the Park is under construction, stood the fence every day, sea inlet outlet is unacceptable.

  • Lots of road works going on in the area at the moment, so be prepared and park a distance away. Having said that, the whole area is quite flat, so it is easy to walk both to the park and through it. T...  more »

  • Beautiful park, well kept. It's peaceful if it's not too busy. There is a play area for kids. Because it is quite large it is good for taking walks, picnics or riding bicycles. There are also public barbeque's available. However they are not always the cleanest and the public restrooms are atrocious.
  • It's great for photos and for kids to have a play at but sadly some of it has disappeared for the pitland for the supervises. I'm not against the supervises just wish they leave areas like this alone for our future kids with somewhere to play
  • Bit hard at the time , pushing 100kgs in a wheelchair with only one lung , for 5 Klms , people were great and patient now there are changes which are hopefully going to pan out ok.
  • Fresh, clear water and an array of green grass really rounds out Newcastle's older, built settlements with a splash of nature, plenty of walking tracks and a waterside walk are refreshing.
  • Great place to have good family weekend get togethers. Good facilities with BBQ status and ample parking facilities. Children have lots of space to run around.
