  • Had a fantastic visit and enjoyed experiencing the history and memorabilia, well done! The museum is well maintained and staff welcoming.

  • Yes it's a motorcycle museum but it is so interesting. There are so many varieties of bikes from so many eras and in truly great condition. I like bikes but we had friends who were not and they loved ...  more »

  • If you love motorcycles you will love this. Much bigger than anticipated. Allow 3 - 4 hrs here. Well worth the small entry fee.
  • Great collection of bikes and memorabilia but I would like a little more space between the bikes to enable a good look they were crammed in pretty close. $15 entry may be a little on the high side but I've been to other museums with same price that are not as good.
  • Lots of bikes, all years and models. Very interesting. Worth a look.
  • Every time I have visited the National Motorcycle Museum I have always had an absolutely wonderful experience. There are quite a few examples of extremely rare motorbikes. Such as certain examples of DKW and Vincent. As well as Indian, Matchless, BSA. Excelsior Henderson and Rudge. If you name it, I'm willing to bet there is a model representing it. Most of the bikes are on loan from very considerable owners. They are obviously more than happy to have their prized possessions on display for the public to see. There are also articles on display from the motorcycling industry of certain Australian identities and events they have been associated with. One particular article that I have read was about the unfortunate untimely death of Geoff Eldridge in the Baja race in Mexico. He was the Editor of Australiasian Dirt Bike magazine. There is also on display a number of racing identities racing leathers. This is a truly wonderful museum. Definitely a must see for any motorcycle enthusiast.
  • At $15 a ticket (for an adult) it is expensive, but the collection is extensive. There are many different types of bikes and most with descriptions of there history. Well worth it.
