  • Arrogant staff - male owner not suited for customer service, or human contact in general. Followed by mediocre products at best. Would have potential with new owners.  more »

  • Worst experience ever! I've been to Mudgee 3 times and every time I came, I have amazing warm feeling from people who were so friendly and kind. But certainly not this place. The old guy who was selling thier products was extremely rude and even throw my friend credit card on the table at the end when she bought some oil there. I don't think I hardly ever go back there because of his rude behavior and attitude.
  • Was welcomed with good travellers around until a group of us were here ourselves. Let's keep it simple... we felt disrespected
