  • If you want some variety after tasting gorgeous mudgee wines, check out this great distillery behind the cellar door of vinifera . An extensive array of schnapps is here to try with plenty of flavours like orangecello and coffee. the highlight is butterscotch. you cant miss the butterscotch!
  • Make sure you stop in and try the butterscotch schnapps. Its terrific, and goes especially well over ice cream. The rouge vert jus is a quencher on a hot day over ice and soda, a great way to break up the wine tasting. Helen and Nathan are a delight, and Vinefera is next door - also worth a look.
  • Great for a little visit and some education on the Schnapps process.
