  • Went there this week. Paid our fee and was given three tags the woman serving us then said "have fun"... We walked down to the caves no lights no nothing so came back up. The woman then confronted us screaming and yelling saying we needed to wait for the tour. At no time did she say to join a tour group. Multiple thumbs down for this experience.
  • A good opportunity to see some of Mt Gambier's underground cave structures. If you have the chance, much better to head towards the Naracoorte caves North of Mt Gambier.
  • An interesting cave with an interesting history however the cave itself is not the most visually exciting cave in the region. It has cool underwater passages, but these are only accessible to experienced divers. The detailed tour is about 30 mins in duration.
  • Lovely tour guide, but the tour itself is not that exacting. Walked down to 2 small caves, about 10 meters approximately each way. Then the rest are blocked for experienced diver only. The cave itself is quite long, but once again, it is for divers. Not a lot to see, $12.5 for the tour. If you want to see topical architectures of caves, other places are better options.
