Took group of Seniors there to shop for chocolate and to east lunch. Food very good with huge selection of chocolate stuff.
Didn't know about this place as the Margaret River Chocolate Co seems more commercialized and popular to tourists. Should have visited Whistlers earlier. Less people, nicer layout and the chocolates l... read more »
Every time I head to Swan Valley, I have always been for the wineries and Margaret River Chocolate Factory. I had no idea this little place existed and had to go in to give it a try! My best chocolate... read more »
Really impressed with this store/tourism destination. We where able to browse in a friendly and comfortable environment that was clean and very stylish. The chocolate is superiot to other chocolate factories in the area and we found ourselves purchasing quite alot... The cafe looked amazing and we look forward to eating there in the future.
I didn't mind this place. The chocolate sculpture was kind of interesting. I was a lite disappointed to hear one of the staff tell a customer that aniseed was made from liquorice... The chocolate selection is interesting but wasn't particularly stand out for me.
Love the chocolate choices, huge play area, quiet lounge and fantastic fudge and icecreams
The variety of chocolate is fantastic. The grounds are lovely with a huge area for the kids to run around and play. The coffee is great and the cafe food was delicious. Staff are friendly, couldn't ask for more.
The chocolate was great, but what really impressed me was the café. In Perth, it's hard to get good quality, reasonably priced food, so when I come across it, I feel compelled to tell everyone. It has a couple of kids meals (fish and chips / chicken and chips) for $8, and has a range of easy to please dishes that are bound to make everyone in the group happy. Dishes such as filo pastries, toasties, fish and chips, squid and chips and salads available instead of chips if that's your preference. I had the ham cheese and tomato toastie with salad, and what amazes me, is how easy it is for cafes to stuff up a simple toastie, but this one was awesome, with a simple fresh salad on the side which just topped it off. All dishes are reasonably priced and for us to eat there (2 adults / 2 kids) it was about $30, so well worth the drive.
