  • And Albert Street is a small park was at the corner of Nicholson Street. Looked like a corner of the Parliament reserved as a large green belt was named properly. It represented many of the characteristic of Melbourne Park. There was a statue of Nicholson and his wife.

  • Seriously nice gardens on the edges of Melbourne. sure on the weekend you have to dodge a few hundred wedding photo sessions but its always fun to photobomb those. Lots of possums at night if you're into that sort of thing and very late in the evening you can even go running from the people hassling you for money or a .... well I didn't stop long enough to find out. However during the day, its fantastic, bring the family, have a picnic, sit in the shade, Visit Capt Cooks cottage and even a little fairy garden which is actually quite a feat of workmanship. If you work in the city I recommend it as a little place to come and just detox from the contrete jungle.
  • A lovely little corner of greenery in the busy city. Surrounding the well known 'showers' water fountain. A great piece to delight locals and tourists alike.
  • A Melbourne top-spot, in my books. Go there!
  • Nice quiet place to sit. Lovely water feature. We got some great photos here.
  • Cozy place to enjoy the day with friends and family
