  • This is a good department store and luxury products very expensive chocolates for example are very varied and of good marks but the price is always higher than in other places. What I really like is the feeding part, the Islands with food, I ate a rice noodle with seafood which was very good. The bathrooms are also very clean and free. It is also the visit by for it's beautiful.

  • This morning I visited David Jones at Doncaster. Searching for the perfect wallet. A very friendly girl called Ayse assisted me and could not have been more helpful. Did not purchase a wallet but consider Ayse to be a great asset to your company.

  • At Baby department, I went to see plans and stroller twice. There is no one to serve me. I was waiting for 5 min, there is a shop assistance came, but ignore me as a customer. I had to enquire for the information about pram that I wanted. She then served me, anyway, she wasn't gather any information from me and truly she was not interested in sales. She gave me the quote with the wrong model. Finally, I didn't get my pram as there is nothing in the stock. I feel like David Jones can do better customer services.
  • dear friends what a fantastic and worthwhile products you just login the website so many products is there. kindly utilizing the same. any way wish you all the best of luck
  • Good store but terrible service I experienced at Jurlique counter. Sales could complaint so busy with many customers in front of you making u feel embarrassing. Let u feel her impatient when she turned to your question. Don't go anymore. Same product with at least 10% discount at duty free shop just within 5 min walk at the turning corner with excellent service. If u are tourist to buy this brand, go to duty free shop with caring service and further cut price. Not worth to David jones Jurlique counter for high price but embarrassing service.
