Where to stay in Melbourne

The hub of tourist and commercial activity, the center of Melbourne remains the best place to stay if you're looking to splurge and enjoy every possible modern amenity during your visit. Travelers on a limited budget can search for cozy yet less expensive rooms in the seaside suburb of St Kilda or the bohemian neighborhood of Fitzroy. Though the city center offers more than a fair share of mid-range lodging options, you'll also find plenty of rooms in this price bracket in the quieter suburbs.

  • Lunch on Mothers Day was beautiful. Lovely staff, great food & good atmosphere. We will return! 👍🏼
  • Banquet was amazing!! Good variety of food. Service was great!
  • This place doesnt even deserve a star. Disgusting service from the Manager. Waited forty minutes and still wouldnt be served. It wasnt even busy! Our group was completely ignored & treated poorly. After waiting an hour of not getting any acknowledgement, we decided to get up & leave. Spent our $500 elsewhere. Don't bother visiting this restaurant unless you want to ruin your night.
  • Ordered a $27 braised pork belly through foodora. The portion was so small for that price, and it doesn't look or taste like any braised pork belly I had in the past. The meat was tough and greasy, and there was a bit of coating outside. It was almost like deep fried pork belly. It was quite disappointing.
  • The lunch experience there was good and therefore I expected to have a nice dinner too, and the result was even better: the food, the service and professional attitude it represented as a whole.
