Great markets. All vendors are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is superb. Produce is organic, fresh and pricing is decent. Nice to come early in the morning and have breakfast at one of the many food vendors. Jimmy Liks makes a great Vietnamese style bacon and egg roll.
Love the Marrickville markets. Normally ride here as it's not too bad a detour from the cycle track and parking is terrible anyways, so cycling is definitely the way to go. Love the range of food here and there the famous bacon and egg rolls which everyone needs to try. The place gets quite busy by noon with lots of people, kids and dogs, which adds to the atmosphere.
Frankly one of the best markets in Sydney. It's big but with a very local flavour. The feel is very indicative of the Inner West. Come with an empty stomach and leave full and with a bunch of stuff you'll actually use/consume (but bring your own carrier bags... They've banned plastic bags!). Very kid friendly and enough space that you can bring a picnic rug and buy everything you need for your picnic right there. Awesome way to spend your Sunday morning
Went here to the night markets they run every month. There were plenty of stalls with a wide variety of cuisines, and prices were great. Plenty of seating too.
You can come here every week and find something new. Best food, best Inner west market for most then 10 years now and keeps going up. Latest news - car park to pay so if got lucky, still costs you. Nothing wrong with it. So much on offer it's crazy to miss
