  • It's a bit small and hard to justify the admission cost but it was fine for us as we have a Merlin pass. Street parking can be terrible on a Saturday/public holidays but it's not too far from the ferry terminal. The penguin enclosure is pretty amazing and my kids had a wonderful (and memorable) time.
  • I went to the Shark Dive extreme June last year and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Harry and Laurie were amazing. Both made myself and my partner feel extra comfortable with the dive. Laurie went above and beyond and kept me calm and helped me through a panic attack i was having in the dive pool. She stayed with me most of the dive to make sure i was okay. They both have so much passion for their jobs and the animals they work with. The rest of the sanctuary was amazing and love how much time and effort they put into conservation. Will be back again soon!!
  • Took my kids to the aquarium. What I wasn't expecting was the extent that staff go out of their way to make this an educationally rich and engaging experience. Robert, (the staff member doing the face painting?) was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our time amazing. He answered all our kids questions and facepainted their intricate requests. My children did not want to leave. I strongly recommend visiting.
  • My kids love this place. The place is a bit small but can occupy a lot of sea creatures. The penguin cove is located at the top floor. The shark, manta ray, and turtle are the best part of this place. The touch pool area is very small and not much things for kids to play with. But, there is a play area for kids at the exit. Stroller has to leave just after you enter. Overall, good for 1-3 hours activities.
  • Fun little sanctuary. The staff there was very friendly and informative. I wish we had a little more time so we could have done the shark dive
