  • Nice place to relax and take the kids. The bird tour is great. Kids loved it. Awesome opportunity to take nice bird photos as well. They fly around and land on your shoulders. Be careful with the kids roaming around though. We walked passed a decent size red belly black snake along the path (couple of feet away). Reported it to the office and they said to just leave it as it is their resident snake.
  • Beautiful! The birds were amazing the keepers were friendly and were okay with requests to go back and play with a Macaw. I thought it was worth every cent when you think about the amount of birds they have to maintain and upkeep of scenery. Someone stated the aviary was not worth it because it looked boring but he never even went inside! It is worth it the birds just fly all over you, They give you information about them, their names, species and backstory. An amazing experience to talk about time and time again.
  • Unique experience. This attraction has 3 in 1: outstanding views over the Glass House Mountains, an aviary full of exotic, friendly parrots; and flowering, tranquil gardens for stroll and picnic. A great experience for both kids and adults alike. Worth the drive from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.
  • Excellent bird sanctuary. Bird tour guide was amazing and new alot. Cafe is not actually a cafe so don't expect to go for lunch. The gardens are more of a floral car park. It would be a 5 star review if I knew it was just about the bird sanctuary, however it was advertised as more than that, and it wasn't.
  • If you have a few hours, than go there. A adult cost only 16$ (garden only!!, the special ticket cost 26$, but in my opinion not worth, to go there. I saw it from the outside, "The Aviary" is like a big bird cage, with a lot of birds, but nothing special...) In the bottom of the garden you have a really nice lookout of the Glass House Mountains... I spent easy 2 hours there, i would recommend it,
